Our minimum charge is $179.99 (incl GST) payable in advance when you drop off your machine for service/repair. If your machine is over 5 years old or a repair is required then our minimum service fee must be paid before we will begin inspection of your machine.

Our most common services are outlined below. These prices are a guide only and only cover regular servicing and assume proper operation of the machine when it arrives to us. If your machine requires a repair then the price will be higher.

Disassemble the brewing group and clean components.
Disassemble the taps and clean components (where required). Open and inspect the machine. Replace the level probe and anti-vacuum valve. Install a new brew group service kit including new valves and seals. Install new tap service kits (where required). Reassemble and test machine. Test and adjust the boiler pressure and brewhead pump pressure. Clean and backflush the brewing group. |

CAN I GET A QUOTE?
Yes - we are happy to quote for repair work but our minimum service fee applies. If you require a quote to repair your machine then our minium service fee must be paud in advance. We are happy to take a look at your machine and advise on the likely cost of repairs.
IMPORTANT: If spare parts are not available to repair your machine then our minimum service fee is non-refundable.

We only service / repair machines at our service centre. We do not offer on-site service or repair of coffee machines, coffee grinders, or any other products. You can drop your coffee machine or grinder to us anytime during our opening hours - no need to make a booking.
