All Saeco Royal repairs and quotes are on a best attempt basis - we cannot guarantee that your machine can be repaired.
We are happy to diagnose and quote for repair of your coffee machine - but we have a minium charge that is non-refundable. If a machine is not able to be repaired due to a lack of replacement parts parts then we will still charge our minimum fee.
