CRAFT BEAUTIFUL ESPRESSO

Commercial quality e61 espresso brewing group

Brew cafe quality espresso using industry standard commercial e61 brewing group. Pura features the same industry standard commercial e61 brewing group you would find on the commercial espresso machine at your local cafe.

Commercial filter holder

Full size heavy duty chromed brass commercial filter holder allow you to extract espresso just like the professionals.

Excellent thermal stability

Stainless steel boiler with heat-exchanger circulation system on the Pura keeps the brewing system at the ideal brewing temperature. At idle heated water is circulated through the brewing system from the heat exchanger towards the brewing group - this transfers heat from the boiler to the brew group to maintain the correct brew temperature. When brewing coffee, fresh water is introduced to the heat-exchanger which displaces already heated water through the brewing group and into your espresso.

Dual pre-infusion

Dual pre-infusion system for a smooth coffee extraction. Mechanical infusion valve, plus pre-infusion chamber helps to progressively infuse the coffee delivering a smooth coffee extraction with optimal aroma, body, and crema.

Quality 15 bar vibration pump

Industry standard 15 bar vibration pump delivers pressurised water to the brewing system.

STEAM MILK LIKE THE PROFESSIONALS

Powerful steam for professional quality milk

Powerful steam from a generous 1.5L stainless steel boiler.

Powerful steam - always ready to go

Ready at a moments notice - steam is always available to help you create delicious steamed milk for your favourite cappuccinos, lattes, and flat whites.

Steam milk while brewing coffee

Heavy duty stainless steel boiler with heat exchange system on the Pura allows you to draw steam or water from the boiler while brewing espresso. This is the same proven system used on high-end commercial espresso coffee machines.

Steam arm with ball-joint connection - position to suit your style

Ball joint steam arm connection makes it easy to position your steam arm to suit your milk steaming technique - steam arm position is adjustable through 3 axis of movement. Position the steam tip back over the drip tray to purge after each use.

Insulated steam arm with "cool-touch" technology - easier to clean

"Cool-touch" technology helps to improve steam power while making the steam arm easier to clean. The steam arm is lined with a Teflon tube to deliver maximum heat energy into the milk and minimise heating of the steam arm itself.  Milk is less likely to stick to the steam arm - simply wipe it clean with a damp cloth.

OVERVIEW

Grind dose measured by weight

Quiet operation.

Fast grind speed - 18g of ground coffee in approximately 11 seconds.

Accurate stepless grind adjustment.

2 programmable doses - grind measured by time.

Developed and built by Eureka Italy

FEATURES AND DETAILS

Grind by weight

The amount or "dose" of ground coffee is controlled by weight - grind dose is consistenly accurate.

Easy adjustment and excellent workflow

Changing grind dose is easy - simply adjust the weight of coffee on the screen and the grinder will deliver that amount of coffee - no need for external scales.

Quiet operation

Quiet operation means you can operate the grinder without interrupting your conversation or disturbing a sleeping household. Much quieter than almost all other comparable coffee grinders.

Fast grind speed

55mm grinding burrs and 1350rpm speed deliver a 18g double shot in around 11 seconds.

2 Programmable doses

2 different grind settings can be programmed - most users typically use the two settings for 1 CUP or 2 CUP coffee filter baskets.

More accurate

Better, more consistent, coffee with programmed grind doses - each dose can be programmed in 0.1g increments. Smart baristas have embraced programmable grinders to deliver consistent and repeatable measures for ground coffee for each cup of espresso.

Less waste, less mess

No more flicking coffee everywhere with the doser or scraping excess coffee back into the doser.

Hands free operation

Filter-holder support holds your filter-holder in place while coffee grinding is completed.

Adjustable filter-holder support

Filter-holder support can be adjusted up or down to suit various filter-holders with sufficient range to allow the use of a coffee dosing funnel.

Super accurate

Step-less adjustment is super accurate.

Easy to setup and use

Intuitive grind setting and dose adjustment means it is easy to dial in the perfect grind setting and dosing. Grind setting is via a step-less adjustment with wheel. Dose adjustment is via touch screen.

UNIQUE FEATURES

Adjustable filter holder support

Holds your filter holder securely in place. Adjustable to accomodate a range of filter holder heights as well as a funnel to minimise waste.

Weight measurement technology integrated into the filter holder support

Eureka patented technology integrates weight measurement into the filter holder support. The filter holder is weighted once it is attached to the front of the grinder. Ground coffee is produced until the desired weight of coffee has been dispensed.

Stepless grind adjustment

Stepless grind adjustment gives excellent control over the grind setting - rotating the gind adjustment allows very fine control over the grind setting.
