Diagnostic filterholder used to measure and calibrate espresso coffee machines.
FEATURES
Pressure gauge - measures the extraction pressure at the brew group head.
Temperature probe connection - sealed port for insertion of thermometer probe. Allows measurement of water temperature at the point of extraction.
Pressure release valve - release excess brewing pressure once testing is complete.
