Fast grind speed
58mm grinding burrs deliver a 18g double shot in around 11 seconds.

Better more consistent coffee with programmed doses. You can programme a single and double shot of coffee to 0.1s of accuracy. The world is moving towards doser-less programmable grinders because you get the same dose of coffee every use for more consistent coffee in the cup.
