Professional quality insulated steam arm
Steam is managed through an Insulated "Cool-touch" steam arm - this delivers more steam power to the milk while making the steam arm easier to clean.
Insulated copper boilers
Steam and coffee boilers both constructed from copper and wrapped in a insulating sleeve to maximise thermal stability and ensure brew water is delivered at just the right temperature.
Direct water connection + 3L internal water tank
Diamantina features a commercial grade rotary pump and exernal plumbing connection allowing the machine to be directly connected to the water supply (water pressure regulator and water filter is required) - or use the internal water tank.
