Actively heated brewing group
The e61 brewing group on SYNCHRONIKA II has been upgraded to incorporate a pair of cartridge heating elements mounted into the rear of the brewing group - these cartridge heaters directly heat the brewing group for a faster heat up time.
Wakes up before you do
You can program the desired time your SYNCHRONIKA II switches on and off for each day of the week - schedule the switch on time so that the machihe is heated and ready for first use every morning. Save energy and prolong the life of your machine by scheduling the machine to switch off each day when your coffee making is compelete.

CRAFT BEAUTIFUL ESPRESSO
High-end ECM e61 espresso brewing group
Designed by Faema in 1961, the e61 brewing group remains the industry standard for commercial coffee. ECMs own interpretation of this iconic brewing group delivers the function and temperature stability to craft stunning espresso.
Commercial filter holders - single and double
Full size heavy duty chromed brass commercial filter holders allow you to extract espresso just like the professionals. SYNCHRONIKA II includes both a single filter holder and double filter holder finished with high gloss black plastic handles and metal ends.
Dedicated coffee boiler delivers hot fresh brewing water at just the right temperature
Double boiler setup means water for espresso is delivered from a dedicated coffee water boiler with super stable brew temperature. Heavy duty 0.75L stainless steel coffee boiler delivers water for brewing espresso.
Digital PID temperature control delivers stable brew temperature
Heating of the coffee brew boiler and brewing group is controlled by a digital temperature controller - this system constantly switches the heating system to maintain consistent and stable brew water temperature. This system improves espresso consistency my eliminating brewing at too high or too low temperature - for more consistent and better tasting espresso.
Set the right temperature to suit your coffee
Brew temperature can be adjusted to suit your taste and the coffee you are using. Many specialty coffees are best extracted at a particular temperature - generally medium roast coffe is extracted at 88 to 92 degrees celcius, with darker roast being extracted at lower temperatures, and lighter roast being extracted at higher temperatures. You can adjust the brew temperature as per the coffee suppliers guidance, or experiment yourself. Or just leave it on the factory setting - you will still make amazing espresso.
Commercial rotary pump
Responsive and stable brew pressure thanks to a commercial rotary pump. Not only does the rotary pump deliver stable and repliable brew pressure - operation is lovely and quiet.
Pre-infusion
SYNCHRONIKA II offers a range of pre-infusion options. Mechanical pre-infusion is a feature of the e61 brewing group. You can also set active pump assisted pre-infusion, and passive soft pre-infusion.
STEAM MILK LIKE THE PROFESSIONALS
Professional quality steam for cafe quality milk
Steam is delivered from a generous 2 litre stainless steel insulated boiler opearting at up to 2 bar of pressure.
Powerful steam - always ready to go
Ready at a moments notice - steam boiler is always available (unless switched off) to help you create delicious velvety steamed milk for your favourite cappuccinos, lattes, and flat whites.
Steam power - adjustable to suit your needs
Steam temperature is adjustable up to a maximum 132 degrees celcius for all-out power - you can lower the steam temperature for less powerful steam - useful for steaming smaller volumes of milk or when learning.
Steam milk while brewing coffee
Double boiler setup allows steam delivery as the same time as brewing espresso. Heavy duty stainless steel steam boiler delivers steam independent of the espresso brewing system. This is the same proven system used on high-end commercial espresso coffee machines.
Lever steam valve technology - instant operation - instant steam
Lever operated steam valve allows instant on/off operation - lever locks in the on position so you can position the milk jug with both hands.
Steam arm with ball-joint connection - position to suit your style
Ball joint steam arm connection makes it easy to position your steam arm to suit your milk steaming technique - steam arm position is adjustable through 3 axis of movement. Position the steam tip back over the drip tray to purge after each use.
Insulated steam arm with "cool-touch" technology - easier to clean
"Cool-touch" technology helps to improve steam power while making the steam arm easier to clean. The steam arm is lined with a teflon tube to deliver maximum heat energy into the milk and minimise heating of the steam arm itself. Milk is less likely to stick to the steam arm - simply wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
Change steam outlet to suit your needs
A range of ORIGINAL ECM steam arm tips are available to suit different milk frothing requirements - these are not included with your SYNCHRONIKA II but are available as separate accessories.
FAST HEAT UP
SYNCHRONIKA II features an actively heated brewing group for a radically faster heating time compared to traditional a e61 brewing group - the brewing group is ready to make espresso in 6.5 minutes.
WAKES UP BEFORE YOU DO
Start up time can be programmed for each day of the week - your coffee machine is up to temperature and ready to make delicious coffee before you wake up. Programmed start up means the machine is up to proper temperature and ready to deliver your morning espresso without having to wait.
SMART FUNCTIONS
Digital espresso timer
OLED display shows active pre-infusion time, passive pre-infusion time, and elapsed brew time in seconds.
ECO mode - standby timer
Save energy and wear on your machine by powering the machine down after a period if inactivity. ECO mode will turn off the machine after a certain amount of time - programmable from 10-600 minutes. ECO mode can also be switched off.
Brewing temperature adjustment
Brew temperature comes pre-set to 92 degrees - but can be increased or decreased to suit your style of espresso.
Steam boiler temperature adjustment
Adjust steam boiler temperature to suit your needs. Pre-set to 128 degrees, the steam boiler temperature can be increased up to 132 degrees for around 2 bar of steam pressure.
Pre-infusion
Both active and passive pre-infusion can be programmed. Active pre-infusion uses pump pressure to pre-infuse the ground coffee with pressurised brewing water for a set number of seconds - passive pre-infusion uses no pump pressure, just the water from the brewing system to pre-infuse the ground coffee for a set number of seconds. Pre-fusion can also be turned off.
Cleaning Reminder
Set a reminder to clean the brewing system after a certain number of brewing cycles - up to a maximum of 200 cycles. Cleaning reminder can also be switched off.
On / Off Schedule
SYNCRHONIKA II can be programmed to switch on and off at up to two different times for each day of the week. Once the clock is set the on and off times can be set for each day of the week.
Water Filter Reminder
Set a reminder to change the water filter after the machine has used a certain number of litres of water.
FEATURES AND DETAILS
High-end ECM e61 brewing group
ECMs own interpretation of the e61 brewing group - featuring stainless steel upper chamber insert to resist mineral and scale buildup.

PID digital temperature control
PID temperature allows you to set both the coffee brew temperature and steam temperature with a high level of accuracy. PID temperature controller maintains boiler temperature within +/- 1 degree for super stable performance.

Professional quality lever taps
Both taps are operated by a simple lever function - operate the tap in any direction to activate and flip it back to centre to close the tap. Both taps lock into postion.

Professional quality insulated steam arm
Steam is managed through an Insulated "Cool-touch" steam arm - this delivers more steam power to the milk while making the steam arm easier to clean.

Insulated stainless steel boilers
Steam and coffee boilers both constructed from stainless steel and wrapped in a insulating sleeve to maximise thermal stability and ensure brew water is delivered at just the right temperature.

Direct water connection + 2.8L internal water tank
SYNCRHONIKA II features a commercial grade rotary pump and external plumbing connection allowing the machine to be directly connected to the water supply (water pressure regulator and water filter is required) - or use the internal water tank. 2.8 litre water tank is sufficient for a large number of coffees, so you won't be filling it up every day. Water tank can be removed for filling or filled in place.

Elegant stainless steel finish
Quality craftsmanship is evident in the fit, finish, detailing, and materials used to assemble the ECM SYNCHRONIKA II. Stainless welds are polished and finished for seamless finish.

MAZZER PHILIOS - SINGLE DOSE
Mazzer Philos is a premium light commercial single dose grinder designed to help you get the most out of your coffee. Its elegant and compact design, accurate machining, and sustainable materials make it the ideal choice for demanding baristas looking for quality in small spaces. It is suitable for all extraction methods, from espresso to batch brew.
OVERVIEW
Specifically engineered for single dose grinding.
Extremely low retention.
Developed and built by Mazzer Italy
FEATURES AND DETAILS
Zero Retention
With Philos you can switch seamlessly from one origin or brewing method to another without wasting coffee and time.
This vertical-burr grinder is designed to avoid retention and contamination of coffee in the grinding chamber.
The handy dose finisher collects any ground coffee residue while cleaning the chute. When not in use, it can be stored in its dedicated slot behind the front plate.
Optimized workflow, effortless maintenance
Users can access the grinding chamber at the front, in order to clean the grinder or replace burrs. This can be done easily without tools, while retaining the grind setting.
The ergonomic design of the adjustment dial facilitates daily use, thanks to the clearly visible index and the reduced risk of unintended collar movement.
Philos can be shortened by removing the stainless steel hopper, as it's designed for safe and convenient bean feeding even without it.
Beautiful inside and out: black or silver sustainable coffee grinder
Function and aesthetics merge seamlessly in the Philos:
Its neat design, inspired by the sleek lines of the Mazzer ZM, ensures it complements any countertop. Compact and space-efficient, Philos occupies minimal counter space, effortlessly fitting into even the smallest areas.
Powered by an asynchronous motor and crafted with precision machining, Philos is engineered for long-lasting durability. Constructed from highly recyclable and premium materials such as stainless steel, brass, and anodized aluminum, this 12.5 kg grinder not only delivers reliability, but also prioritizes sustainability.
Its robust construction, meticulously polished mating surfaces ensure precise coupling of parts throughout the grinding process, guaranteeing consistent performance over years of use.
With tight tolerances, minimal frequencies, and an integrated vibration-damping system, Philos operates quietly and remains stable even during prolonged use.
Electronic and mechanical safety features ensure user protection, even when the hopper is off.
Furthermore, all components that come into contact with coffee are certified food-safe.
Stepped or stepless grinder: it's up to you
Easily switch from stepped to stepless mode with a simple procedure.
Stepped mode: with single-step increments as small as 6 microns, the graduated adjustment ring covers all brewing methods, from espresso to batch brew. This makes grind adjustment a breeze, ensuring repeatibility in your recipes.
Stepless mode: if you are looking for infinite settings to dial in the perfect shot, Philos can be converted into a stepless grinder.
Enhance flavours and get constant results
Vertically-oriented flat burrs, a carefully engineered pre-breaker and a geometrically optimized grinding duct control any popcorning effect and ensure that a constant flow of beans feeds the grinding chamber at the correct rate. The long auger (pre-breaker) prevents clogging, regrinding and non-uniformity of the particles.
Before leaving the factory, each Philos is carefully tested to ensure the perfect parallelism of the burrs.
No matter your coffee preference, we've got you covered
Pick between two sets of 64mm flat original Mazzer burrs. Both perform well with various brewing methods, such as filter coffee or espresso.
They are made with high-quality, food-safe stainless steel to prevent oxidation and moisture damage (even when using RDT). Additionally, they are factory-seasoned to be efficient from day one with no waste of coffee or time.
I189D: the evolution of the iconic Mazzer Mini burrs, they are the right choice if you seek full-bodied extractions and a rich velvety mouthfeel. Easy to dial-in and great with medium-dark roasts, they are the best pick for traditional Italian espresso.
