ABOUT ECM MANUFACTURE
Espresso Coffee Machines Manufacture (ECM Manufacture) began producing espresso coffee machines in 1996 with the first version of the ECM TECHNIKA. The vision of ECM was to create professional style heat-exchanger espresso coffee machines for the upscale household. The Hauck family founded ECM after a long history as an importer and distributor of coffee machinery from a range of Italian brands such as Gaggia, Cimbali, Pavoni, Quick, and Vibiemme.
A family business - the Hauck family are passionately involved in the design and development of the ECM range - designed and developed in Germany - with manufacturing spread across facilities in Germany and Italy.

Better more consistent coffee with programmed doses. You can program a single and double shot of coffee to 0.1g of accuracy. The world is moving towards doser-less programmable grinders because you get the same dose of coffee every use for more consistent coffee in the cup.
