Rocket Giotto FAST R is the next evolution of Rocket Espresso's iconic Giotto design now with fast heat up.
Featuring a commercial E61 brewing group, 1.8L heat-exchanger boiler, rotary pump and rapid heat-up technology, the Giotto FAST R delivers the performance and flexibility expected from a premium prosumer espresso machine.
The FAST R is designed to reach brew-ready temperature in approximately 12 minutes on average, depending on water temperature and external conditions. Its rotary pump can operate from the internal water tank or be connected directly to a mains water supply, giving you the flexibility to configure the machine around your coffee setup.
With its distinctive Giotto case, stainless steel construction, dual pressure gauges and integrated OLED display with shot timer, the Giotto FAST R combines Rocket's traditional Italian craftsmanship with practical modern functionality.
