We strive to provide an enjoyable online shopping experience and make our best effort to meet the timing commitments outlined in this policy.

Where do you deliver to?


We ship anywhere in New Zealand; orders placed on www.espresso.co.nz, espresso.co.nz, or any affiliated sites may only be shipped to a valid New Zealand address. We need a physical address to delivery to, at present we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Do you deliver to PO BOX?


Yes we do, PO BOX orders will be delivered via NZ POST. 

Do you deliver to Australia?


Yes - although our website only accepts order for New Zealand. If you are in Australia and would like to place an order please email us: sales@espresso.co.nz

Do you deliver to the rest of the world?


Yes - although our website only accepts order for New Zealand. For orders outside of New Zealand please email us: sales@espresso.co.nz

How much will shipping cost me?


Our standard shipping costs are $11.99 per order within New Zealand - orders over $70 received free shipping within New Zealand 

Shipping will be calculated on your order when you proceed to the checkout and fill out your shipping details.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?


Our aim is to get your order to you as fast as possible. We carry most of our items in stock. Most orders are processed in 1-3 business days.

If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock or sold-out, we will attempt to contact you immediately.

Rural and some residential areas may require additional time to deliver.

Who will delivery my order?


We use a range of couriers and delivery companies. From time to time this may change to meet the demands of our business and customer expectations. We reserve the right to use a different carrier or method than that selected at checkout.
