PID temperature allows you to set both the coffee brew temperature and steam boiler temperature with a high level of accuracy. PID temperature controller maintains boiler temperature within +/- 1 degree for super stable performance.

There are two programmable coffee doses - you can programme the pre-infusion time and extraction time for each dose - you can also turn pre-infusion off. Want to go manual? No problem - the programming can be turned off so you have complete manual control over coffee extraction.
