Quiet operation
Quiet operation means you can operate the grinder without interrupting your conversation or disturbing a sleeping household. Much quieter than almost all other comparable coffee grinders.
Fast grind speed
65mm grinding burrs and 1650rpm speed deliver a 18g double shot in around 8 seconds.
Cryogenically Hardened Steel Burrs - Pure Diamond®
Pure Diamond® Grinding Burrs undergo a special -193 degree C temperature treatment to form a stronger, harder burr - these remain sharper for longer.
Coffee dose measured by time
The amount or "dose" of ground coffee is controlled by time.
2 Programmable doses
2 different grind times can be programmed - most users typically use the two settings for 1 CUP or 2 CUP coffee filter baskets.
More accurate
Better, more consistent, coffee with programmed grind doses - each dose is accurate to 0.1s. Smart baristas have embraced programmable grinders to deliver consistent and repeatable measures for ground coffee for each cup of espresso.

Filter-holder support holds your filter-holder in place while coffee grinding is completed.

Filter-holder support can be adjusted up or down to suit various filter-holders with sufficient range to allow the use of a coffee dosing funnel.

Step-less adjustment is super accurate.
Extremely Low Retention
Grind consistency is approximately ± 0.2g thanks to extremely low retention in the grinding chamber. Less that 0.2g of coffee is retained withing the grinder mechanism - in practice this maximises the amout of fresh coffee delivered for each delivery of ground coffee while mainaing grind consistency to approximately ± 0.2g.
Easy to setup and use
Intuitive grind setting and dose adjustment means it is easy to dial in the perfect grind setting and dosing. Grind setting is via a step-less adjustment with wheel. Dose adjustment is via touch screen.
Mignon Mat Kit - included
Keep your workspace clean, tidy and organised using the Mignon Mat Kit - included either every MIGNON XL. Mignon mat kit includes the rubber mat kit to collect any stray coffee, tamper stand to compress your ground coffee, and cleaning brush to clean up.
