Espresso Ristretto (Ristretto)
Single shot of espresso extracted over a restricted (ristretto) timeframe (less than 25 seconds) to give a restricted volume (typically 20ml); served in a ceramic or glass demitasse cup.
Doppio (Double Espresso)
Double shot of espresso; served in a ceramic or glass demitasse cup; no additional water is added.
Lungo (Long Espresso)
Double shot of espresso extracted over a longer timeframe (greater than 30 seconds) to give a long (lungo) drink of greater than 60ml; served in a ceramic or glass cup.
Long Black
Double shot of espresso extracted on top of hot water; served in a standard coffee cup.
Cappuccino
Single shot of espresso blended with steamed milk to fill 2/3rd of the cup, then topped with 1/3rd foamed milk; served in a standard ceramic cappuccino cup. Drink may be topped with powdered chocolate or cinnamon.

Double shot of espresso blended with steamed milk; served in a glass.
Flat White
Single shot of espresso blended with steamed milk; served in a standard ceramic cappuccino cup.
Piccolo
Single shot of espresso or ristretto blended with steamed milk to a volume approximately half that of a caffé latte; served in a large demitasse cup or glass, or alternatively a small cappuccino cup.
