SPECIALIST SINGLE DOSE GRINDER
Zeus single dose grinder works by grinding only the amount or dose of coffee required for a single serve or shot of espresso. For example if you require 18 grams of coffee - you only run 18 grams of beans through the grinder leaving the grinder free to grind another coffee bean blend or to change to a different grind setting and brew method.
HOW TO USE THIS SINGLE DOSE GRINDER
Single dose grinder relies on a good quality set of coffee scales - these are sold separately.
Weigh out the desired amount of coffee beans using a good quality scale - this is your single dose of coffee - we recommend using the included dosing cup to hold the dose of coffee beans.
Make sure the metal hopper closing tab is in the closed position.
Load your dose of coffee beans into the hopper - place the dosing container under the grinder outlet.
Switch on the grinder motor - switch located on the side of the unit.
Open the hopper closing tab - coffee will begin to be ground.
When all the coffee has exited the coffee hopper - keep the motor running - press the hopper bellows to gently blow any remaining coffee from the grinder mechanism.
Switch off the grinder motor.
Close the hopper closing tab.
Remove the dosing cup containing your ground coffee - load the coffee into your filter holder or other brewing device.

The compact single-dose hopper is designed for low-capacity (200g max) single-dose grinding.
Blow Up cleaning bellows
Minimise coffee retention. Blow Up cleaning bellows can be used to clear ground coffee from the grind chamber so that all ground coffee ends up in your cup. Press on the bellows to generate air flow through the grind chamber - ground coffee is gently cleared from the grind chamber and passes to the dosing cup.
