Splat is the smallest of the Cafelat tamping mats, shaped liked a splat of espresso (or milk). It functions as a Corner Mat as well featuring a small overhang if you want to tamp on the corner edge. Made from very hard and thick, food grade odourless silicone it has been designed to provide extra great protection to the counter and the baristas.
