We have specified the DROGHIERA in the most high performance format with large 85 mm burrs and a hugely powerful 750 watt direct drive motor - this burr and motor combination delivers fast and consistent performance to keep your customers happy.
Superb performance - grind a 250g bag of beans for espresso in ~25 seconds - grind a 250g bag of beans for plunger in ~17 seconds.
Adjustment is easy and accurate - rotate the grind adjustment between super-fine turkish grind all the way to course plunger grind - stepless micro-metric adjustment allows possibly the most accurate grind setting available.
Coffee bag clip keeps your bag in place during grinding - the chute is nice and high to accomodate 1kg coffee bags.
Coffee chute and bag clip are solidly constructed from stainless steel and easy to remove for cleaning.
Fixed upper burr - unique to Eureka - grind adjustment moves the lower burr and motor. This is the same system employed on the legendary Nuova Simonelli Mythos Grinder.
Easy cleaning without losing the grind setting - top burr is easily removed and replaced using a screwdriver. As the lower burr position sets the grind, grind setting is retained.
