Espresso Machine Company strives to provide an enjoyable online shopping experience. Our aim is to get your order to you as fast as possible.
Locations
We ship anywhere in Australia. At present Australian orders are not able to be processed online; rather these are processed manually. To place an order please email the relevant SKUs and quantities to sales@espresso.co.nz.
Shipping Costs
Shipping will be calculated on your order in New Zealand dollars when we process your order.
Shipping Times
Our aim is to get your order to you as fast as possible. Most orders received by us before 3:00pm NZ time are shipped the same business day.
All product will be shipped during norbal business hours (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm) NZ time.
Ourside of business hours duing weekends and public holidays nothing will be shipped as courier companies do not operate.
If you have ordered and item that is out-of-stock or sold-out, we will attempt to contact you immediately.
Rural and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time.
Courier/Carriers
Currently all of our Australian orders are shipped using DHL, NZ Post, and Australia Post. From time to time this may change to meet the demands of our business and customer expectations. We reserve the right to use a different carrier or method than that selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery and Tracking information
We are proud to say that the majority of our order are shipped on the same business day. Please email us if you require a tracking number: sales@espresso.co.nz.
Customs and Duty Charges
Any international orders may be subject to local charges. These may include(but are not limited to) GST, tariffs, duties, and processing fees. Additional charges are the responsibility of the receiver/customer. Espresso Machine Company Limited has not control over these charges and we cannot predict what these may be. Espresso Machine Company Limited cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, or can we accept return of the order in this case.
Damaged, Missing, Defective or Malfunctioning New Merchandise
Please report damaged, missing, defective or malfunctioning merchandise immediately and no later than 3 business days after receipt of delivery.
Damaged Merchandise
Items are carefully packaged to protect against damage during shipping. Please carefully inspect your package for damage when it arrives before signing for the item. If an item appears to be damaged, do not sign for it and notify us immediately so that we can begin the claims process.
Missing Merchandise
If your order is missing or if items are apparently missing from your order, please report it to us immediately so we can track packages and replace the shipment if necessary.
